Sheringham Woodfields School in Holt, Norfolk, is seeking a proactive School Operations Manager to support the Headteacher, Business Manager and SLT with staff cover, payroll and finance processes, and absence management.
You will drive operational compliance, optimize use of data and MIS systems, and help ensure a smooth day-to-day running of the school across the year.
This role is full-time, 37 hours per week, and offers generous annual leave and LGPS membership.

Working closely with the Headteacher, Business Manager and Senior Leadership Team, you will lead on staff cover arrangements, support payroll and finance processes, oversee absence management, and ensure strong operational compliance across the school.
