Job summary

Sheringham Woodfields School in Holt, Norfolk, is seeking a proactive School Operations Manager to support the Headteacher, Business Manager and SLT with staff cover, payroll and finance processes, and absence management.

You will drive operational compliance, optimize use of data and MIS systems, and help ensure a smooth day-to-day running of the school across the year.

This role is full-time, 37 hours per week, and offers generous annual leave and LGPS membership.

Qualifications

• Has experience in operations, HR, or business administration.
• Confident with payroll processes and data systems (MIS).
• Able to manage staff cover and workforce deployment.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Understands safeguarding, compliance and confidentiality.
