Job summary

You will maintain accurate medical records, liaise with teachers, parents and school leaders, and contribute to safeguarding and inclusion within the school community, using a compassionate and professional approach.

Qualifications

• Qualified nurse with current NMC registration.
• Experience in paediatric health or school health settings preferred.
• Ability to maintain accurate and confidential medical records.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and day-to-day health support to pupils.
• Respond to illness and minor injuries with calm professionalism.
• Maintain accurate medical records and report safeguarding concerns.
• Liaise with teachers, parents and school leaders about pupil health needs.
• Support pupils with medical conditions with care and sensitivity.
