St Mary's School Ascot is seeking a School Nurse to work part-time during term time. The role involves joining a small team of nurses to provide health services within the school environment, including safeguarding and DBS checks where required.

The post requires a qualified and registered nurse with a proactive approach, a good sense of humour, and the ability to work well with young people. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.

SCHOOL NURSE

PART-TIME TERM TIME ONLY

£16,140 per annum

We are looking to appoint a female (Occupational Requirement), qualified and registered nurse who is enthusiastic and proactive. They must have a good sense of humor, sound common sense and a genuine interest in and a liking for young people. They should also have highly developed interpersonal skills and ideally, experience with young people in schools or other paediatric settings. They will work as part of a team of five nurses, a part-time Health Centre Administrator and two part-time Healthcare Assistants, providing continuous ongoing cover for the Health Centre during term time.

The successful candidate will be required to work the following shifts: Friday from 3.45pm-10.00pm and Sunday 8.00pm-8.00am (Monday).
