Job summary

Clayesmore School Health and Wellbeing Centre is seeking a part-time, term-time Nurse/Paramedic to provide medical care for boarding and day pupils and first aid for all staff and pupils.

The ideal candidate is an RGN or RSCN, NMC registered with recent clinical experience and a strong commitment to safeguarding children. The role totals 19 hours per week across Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday shifts.

Job description

Health and Wellbeing Centre Nurse/Paramedic

Part time, term time only

To commence as soon as possible

Required to provide medical care to boarding and day pupils and, when required, first aid care to all members of the school community.

Working as part of our friendly team in the Health and Wellbeing Centre, you will be RGN or RSCN qualified, NMC registered with relevant, recent clinical experience and a comprehensive understanding of the safeguarding of children and young people. The successful candidate will be responsible, friendly and well organised, with a desire to promote both the physical and psychological wellbeing of our pupils.

You will work 19 hours per week and those hours are as follows, Wednesday’s 8 until 6pm, Thursday’s 1pm until 6pm and Saturday’s 2pm until 6pm.
