• Create and implement a strategic plan underpinning financial planning to identify priorities and targets, ensuring pupils achieve high standards and progress.
• Promote a positive ethos with a commitment to high achievement, an effective learning environment and good relationships.
• Ensure the school's vision, improvement plan and self-evaluation are clearly articulated, shared, understood and acted upon.
• Demonstrate the school's vision and values in daily work and during change and improvement initiatives in standards.
• Monitor action plans and policy developments to ensure they are effectively implemented.
