• Ensure menus and production plans are followed accurately.
• Order supplies, monitor stock levels and store deliveries safely.
• Maintain catering records and support food safety compliance.
• Help create a positive dining experience for pupils.
• Ensure the kitchen operates safely, efficiently and to high standards.
