Holroyd Howe is recruiting a Sous Chef to join our catering team at a prestigious private college. This full-time role is 40 weeks per year, with term-time pattern and a salary of £30,000 per year or £16.50 per hour, depending on shift.

You will assist the Head Chef with menu planning, food preparation, service and maintaining high standards of food safety and presentation for students aged 3–18 and staff. A calm, busy environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef
• Strong leadership and teamworking skills
• Passion for fresh, well-presented food
• Knowledge of food safety, allergens, and hygiene standards
• Ability to work in a busy catering environment
