Impact Food Group, a leading school meal provider, is seeking a Sous Chef for The National Film and Television School in Beaconsfield. You will prepare fresh, seasonal meals for independent schools, focusing on quality, presentation and portion control.

The role runs Monday to Friday with 8am-4:30pm or 10am-6:30pm shifts (40 hours/week). Salary is £33,000 per annum, with time off at Christmas and Easter. Join a professional team delivering nutritious meals across numerous schools.

Qualifications

• Previous catering experience in a professional or high-volume environment.
• Passion for high-quality food, presentation and attention to detail.
• Experience or willingness to support catering events and special functions.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safe preparation practices.
• Team player with strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals from scratch using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
• Support menu planning and adapt dishes to dietary requirements.
• Assist with catering events, banquets and special functions.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver consistently excellent meals.
