Caterlink is hiring a Chef Manager at St Marys Primary in Godalming. The role is term-time only (38 weeks/year) with no weekends, offering an £17.00 per hour wage for 27.5 hours per week. You will manage the campus kitchen, ensuring nutritious meals and compliant operations while supporting staff and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• To prepare, cook and present food to Caterlink and client standards.
• Ensure health and safety, food safety, and environmental compliance.
• Maintain Caterlink's reputation for quality and service.
• Oversee day-to-day running of the location and supervise teams, inventories, budgets, and action plans.
• Act as main client contact in the school and implement improvements.
• Monitor KPIs and financial targets with line manager.
• Lead training and performance management for the team.
