Job summary

Olive Dining Ltd in London is seeking a Chef Manager to lead the primary school kitchen, feeding around 300 students daily, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week during term time.

You will manage a team of five, ensure high standards of food hygiene, handle ordering and stock, build rapport with children, staff and parents, and work in a fast-paced, family-friendly environment with free meals and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Hands on approach.
• Understanding of good food hygiene and health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Chef Manager to core feed 300 students a day.
• Lead and motivate a team of 5.
• Build rapport with children, staff and parents.
• Manage the day to day of the kitchen, including allergens, stock and ordering.
