Olive Dining Ltd in London is seeking a Chef Manager for a Primary School to lead and deliver healthy, tasty meals to pupils.

You will manage a team of 3, feed about 200 students daily, handle allergens, stock and ordering, and build strong relationships with children, staff and parents.

This role offers family-friendly hours, term-time only, free meals on duty and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Hands-on approach in a school kitchen.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety principles.
• Experience as a sous chef or Chef Manager in education preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Chef Manager to core feed 200 students a day.
• Lead and motivate a team of 3 in a school kitchen.
• Build rapport with children, staff and parents.
• Manage day-to-day kitchen operations including allergens, stock and ordering.
