Olive Dining Ltd is a school catering company crafting fresh, nutritious meals for students across multiple counties. We are seeking a Chef Manager for a primary school to run a compact kitchen, ensuring hygiene, allergens management, and on-time service.

Qualifications

• Hands-on approach to kitchen work.
• Solid understanding of food hygiene and health and safety.
• Experience as a Sous Chef or Chef Manager in education is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Feed 100 children daily.
• Lead and motivate a small kitchen team.
• Build rapport with children, staff and parents.
• Manage day-to-day kitchen operations, including allergens, stock and ordering.
