Olive Dining Ltd, a dedicated school catering company, is seeking a Chef Manager to oversee kitchens and deliver fresh, nutritious meals to students across London, Kent, Surrey and Essex. You will lead a team, ensure allergen controls and high hygiene standards in a fast-paced school setting.

Responsibilities

• Chef Manager to core feed 1,000 students a day.
• Lead and motivate a team of 10.
• Build rapport with children, staff and parents.
• Manage day-to-day kitchen operations, including allergens, stock and ordering.
