Job summary

The Education Authority is seeking a Catering Manager for Banbridge Academy School to lead day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality meals for pupils and staff. The role oversees dining centre and production kitchen activities, driving service delivery and compliance with HACCP and health and safety standards.

You will manage staff, controls costs and stock, and promote the catering service through engagement with parents, principals and students.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage a catering team and deliver a high-quality service.
• Knowledge of HACCP, food safety legislation and allergen management.
• Experience in stock control, budgeting and financial controls.
