Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Basic preparation of food and beverages.
• Simple cooking and reconstitution of prepared food.
• Organising and controlling food service points.
• Transferring and serving meals and snacks.
• Assisting with promotion of meals to pupils, parents and staff.
• Maintaining contact with central kitchen regarding service delivery.
• Completing dining area preparation and service duties.
• Cleaning kitchen/servery and dining room areas.
• Recording temperatures for control purposes.
