Job summary

We are seeking a reliable and technically confident IT Technician to join a friendly and supportive school environment. The successful candidate will maintain day-to-day IT systems, hardware and networks, supporting staff and students to ensure smooth operation.

Responsibilities include first and second line support, troubleshooting hardware, software, networks, and connectivity; installing and maintaining computers, printers, and AV equipment; and assisting with Microsoft 365 and classroom

• Strong technical skills and passion for aiding staff and pupils.

Responsibilities

• Providing first line and second-line technical support to staff and students.
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, network and connectivity issues.
• Installing, configuring and maintaining computers, laptops, printers and other IT equipment.
• Supporting users with Microsoft 365, Windows and other school-based software systems.
• Managing user accounts, passwords and access permissions.
• Assisting with the setup and maintenance of classroom technology, including interactive displays and AV equipment
