Qualifications

• Two years’ demonstrable experience leading and contributing to Teacher Professional Learning.
• Experience leading in School Improvement and networks / professional learning communities.
• Proven ability to secure external funding through bids and business cases.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a coherent framework for continuing professional learning of school leaders and staff.
• Lead development and delivery of programmes for identified groups (e.g. Coordinators, Beginning Teachers, Teacher Tutors).
• Lead and manage externally funded programmes of professional learning.
• Support development of school and practitioner networks and partnerships.
