Education Authority in Dundonald is seeking an ICT Technician 2 to support the development and maintenance of ICT within the school. You will ensure computer systems and peripherals operate reliably to meet school needs, coordinating repairs and assisting with software installations.

The role requires good organisational skills, teamwork, and knowledge of health and safety regulations. Part-time with flexible working options during holidays may be available and salary is paid hourly.

Formación

• Five GCSEs (A*-C) including English Language and Mathematics.
• At least 1 year of computer-based work experience.
• Knowledge of the requirements of an ICT Technician role and health and safety regulations.
• Familiarity with general administrative processes and records.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain school ICT facilities and peripheral devices in good order.
• Coordinate repairs with authorised service providers.
• Assist with installation of ICT hardware and software and backups.
• Maintain inventory/records of departmental resources.
• Support staff and assist with ICT-related administration and safety procedures.
