Job summary

Hollingworth Academy is seeking a senior ICT manager with a strong technical background in network infrastructure, server management, and educational technology to lead the School based IT Services team.

You will oversee helpdesk resolutions, infrastructure upgrades, disaster recovery contingencies, asset registers and GDPR cybersecurity protections, and serve as a key member of the Support Staff Leadership Team.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in ICT management, including network infrastructure, server management, and educational technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead the School based IT Services team, including managing helpdesk resolutions, infrastructure upgrades, disaster recovery contingencies, asset registers, and GDPR cybersecurity protections.
• Work as a key member of the Support Staff Leadership Team (SSLT) and provide clear technical guidance to staff and pupils.
