Job summary

Hollingworth Learning Trust invites applications for a School Network Manager at Hollingworth Academy in Rochdale. This permanent, full-time role (36.25 hours) is year-round and leads the School ICT Services team to maintain a safe, effective learning and business environment.

You will manage network infrastructure, server operations, helpdesk, disaster recovery, asset registers and GDPR protections, provide clear technical guidance to staff and pupils, train users, and negotiate with suppliers

Qualifications

• Experience managing ICT in an educational setting is essential.
• Ability to lead a school-based IT services team and manage relationships with suppliers.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, server management and GDPR protections.

Responsibilities

• Lead the School ICT Services team and oversee helpdesk resolutions.
• Coordinate infrastructure upgrades and disaster recovery contingencies.
• Maintain asset registers and GDPR cybersecurity protections.
• Provide clear technical guidance to staff and pupils and train users.
