Job summary

turn IT on in East London is seeking an ICT Consultant to support schools with ICT provision and teaching through technology. You will maintain IT hardware and services across school sites and help raise ICT standards to enhance learning outcomes.

The role focuses on strong customer service, clear communication with schools, and hands-on technical support for devices, software, and network issues. A proactive problem-solver with at least 2 years in ICT support is ideal.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in ICT Technician/2nd line support, preferably in education.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience installing and maintaining school computers and software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all IT hardware and services across school sites.
• Install software across the network and provide technical support.
• Manage school accounts and communicate service options.
• Resolve technical issues impacting school operations.
• Support Microsoft Office365 usage.
