Job summary

Cornerstone Academy Trust in Exeter is seeking a School Hub Administrator to join the administration team, starting in September. The role supports teachers and outreach programmes across the Southwest, coordinating events and managing the hub's communications.

This fixed-term post until 31 August 2027 (40 weeks) is based at an Exeter school, with hours 8:30am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday. The salary starts around £24,522 per annum, pro rata for 40 weeks.

Qualifications

• Exceptionally personable with strong communication skills (in person and on the phone).
• Highly organised with a keen eye for detail.
• Confident using Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, OneNote, Excel)
• A team player with a “get the job done” attitude
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate calendars for school and outreach programme events and visits.
• Support in the coordination and management of events, such as training days and conferences.
• Oversee curriculum hub email inboxes, responding in a professional and timely manner.
• Administrate the trust device asset register and software subscriptions, providing support to staff as required.
• Liaise with stakeholders, schools and staff around school and hub activities.
