Job summary

You will maintain the Single Central Record, advise managers on HR matters, support absence and performance management, manage HR systems, and ensure policies stay compliant with education-sector requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working within a school is essential,
• Strong knowledge of education-sector HR procedures.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent HR experience would be advantageous, alongside safeguarding and safer recruitment requirements.
