Job summary

Holroyd Howe is seeking a Front of House Assistant at New Hall School, Boreham, Essex, to support daily food service across the school. You will help deliver high-quality meals with care and efficiency, serving pupils, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organized and clean work areas, ensuring all supplies and materials are properly stored and inventoried.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management of any shortages or discrepancies.
• Deliver friendly and efficient customer service to internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
• Follow proper health, safety, and organizational procedures to maintain a secure and compliant workplace.
• Participate in training sessions and meetings related to organisational procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
• Collaborate with team members to support departmental goals and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment
