Job summary

Stowmarket High School is seeking a dedicated Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day management, maintenance and security of our school premises. The role is full-time and permanent, working 37 hours per week across 52 weeks per year.

You will bring experience in site or facilities management, strong problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of health and safety requirements. Excellent organisational, communication, and teamwork abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in site management, facilities management, maintenance or a similar role.
• Good practical and problem-solving skills.
• Understand health and safety requirements and safe working practices.
• Be able to organise and prioritise workload effectively.
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Be reliable, flexible and committed to maintaining high standards.
