Job summary

Heartwood Learning Trust is seeking an experienced Site/Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of our school site, ensuring buildings and grounds are safe, secure, clean and well-maintained for pupils, staff and visitors. You will lead our cleaning, caretaking and grounds teams, supervise maintenance and repairs, manage contractors, and monitor health and safety compliance.
