Job summary

Whitehall Park School is seeking an experienced Site Manager to ensure our buildings and grounds are safe, secure, well-maintained and welcoming for pupils, staff and visitors. You will lead on routine inspections, repairs and Health & Safety compliance, collaborating with a supportive BPET network to raise standards.

Qualifications

• Perform routine inspections and complete repairs (e.g. carpentry, painting and general maintenance)
• Lead on Health & Safety, ensuring full compliance with statutory regulations and safeguarding policies
• Has strong interpersonal skills and thrives in a collaborative team
• Is self-motivated and adaptable, with a passion for inclusive education and high expectation with a hands on approach and direct operational involvement
