Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a proactive Site Assistant / Caretaker for a primary school in Lincoln. You will help keep the site safe, secure and well-maintained, with responsibilities including opening and closing the premises and carrying out routine safety checks.

The role runs 8am-4pm, ASAP start, paying £15-£17 per hour, and offers a straightforward registration, access to training, and potential for long-term or permanent positions. Enhanced DBS and references will be checked.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar caretaker or facilities role.
• Strong organisational skills.
• A practical and hands-on approach.
