The role requires strong organisation, good communication with staff, pupils, parents and contractors, and a flexible, can-do approach to changing priorities. Training and development are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience in site maintenance, safety or cleaning in a school setting.
• Practical approach with attention to detail and problem solving.
• Ability to work with staff, pupils, parents, contractors and visitors.
