Job summary

Oxlip Learning Partnership is seeking a proactive Maintenance and Projects Coordinator to oversee building maintenance, refurbishment and improvements across our school sites. You will coordinate planned works, monitor contractors and ensure safety compliance, while supporting security and emergency rotas.

The role requires hands-on maintenance experience, strong practical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance, repairs and refurbishment.
• Excellent practical skills across a range of maintenance disciplines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Confident communication with staff, contractors and external agencies.
• Strong commitment to health and safety and safeguarding.
• A relevant trade qualification would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance works across sites.
• Deliver refurbishment and improvement projects.
• Monitor contractors and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Support site security arrangements and participate in emergency rota.
• Assist with adverse weather preparations and site safety.
• Act as Fire Marshal and liaise with Fire & Rescue when required.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and project records.
