Job summary

Copleston High School is seeking a Maintenance and Projects Coordinator to oversee buildings, facilities and grounds, coordinating maintenance, refurbishment and improvement projects across multiple sites. You will supervise contractors, manage programmes and contribute to developing our facilities while ensuring a safe environment for students and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance, repairs and refurbishment.
• Excellent practical skills across maintenance disciplines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance works.
• Deliver refurbishment and improvement projects.
• Monitor contractors and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Support site security and participate in emergency call-out rota.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and project records.
