Qualifications

• Experience in premises, facilities, or building management.
• Strong understanding of health and safety procedures and site security.
• Practical, organized and proactive approach to work.
• Full driving license and access to a vehicle are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, orderly environment and carry out minor repairs.
• Manage site security and oversee on-site contractors.
• Ensure facilities are fit for purpose to support learning.
• Respond to on-call call-outs as required.
