Lift Montgomery Primary is seeking a School Facilities Manager to ensure the site is safe, secure and well-maintained on a day-to-day basis. The role operates on a shift basis with two patterns and includes on-call Responding to call-outs as needed.

You will maintain a clean, orderly environment, perform minor repairs, manage site security, and supervise on-site contractors to keep facilities ready to support learning.

Competenze

• Experience in premises, facilities, or building management with a strong understanding of health and safety procedures.
• Able to carry out general repairs, safely move equipment and follow equipment-related instructions.

Mansioni

• Maintain a clean, orderly environment and ensure facilities are fit for purpose.
• Carry out minor repairs and oversee on-site contractors.
• Manage site security and respond to on-call call-outs when required.
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure safe, effective operations for learning.
