About the Role
As our School Facilities Manager, you will ensure that every part of our site is clean, safe, and welcoming. You’ll take ownership of daily maintenance, minor repairs, and coordinating with contractors—so our school environment reflects the renewed energy of our leadership team.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Working Pattern:
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 6:30am–2:30pm, 8am - 4pm (9-5 on arrangement) and 11:00am–7:00pm (alternating 3 weekly)
Flexibility may be required for occasional evening or weekend lettings and school events.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
Relevant qualifications in facilities management or health and safety (e.g. IOSH/NEBOSH) are desirable but not essential—we’re more interested in your approach, attitude, and commitment.
