Landau Forte Academy Moorhead is seeking a dedicated Caretaker to join our school site team. You will help with site maintenance, security, cleaning, and daily set-ups for student activities, working across term time and holidays.

Ideal candidates are reliable, physically capable, and able to work independently or as part of a team, with good health and safety awareness and flexible to support in a busy school environment.

Qualificações

• General site maintenance and basic DIY tasks
• Ability to assist with building and maintenance repairs across both sites
• Practical, reliable and trustworthy with good health and safety awareness

Responsabilidades

• General site maintenance and some basic DIY responsibilities will be required throughout the day, as and when needed.
• Portering. Receiving and distributing deliveries for both the site and Moorhead office team.
• Ensuring there is a general cleaning and tidying of internal and external areas daily.
• General grounds maintenance including grass cutting and hedge trimming, with winter gritting as required.
• Setting up for student activities and events during the academic year.
• Sign in and walk contractors around when needed.
• Opening, closing and securing the building daily.
• Support with fire and lockdown procedures with senior staff.
• Be available for general requests to ensure the school day runs smoothly.
