The role is full-time and permanent, working with academic and administrative colleagues to input, track and safeguard data, contribute to GDPR compliance, and provide staff training on data systems.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in data management, administration, or a school environment.
• Strong knowledge of database systems and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining school databases, ensuring accuracy and security.
• Producing reports and data analysis for school leadership, staff, and governors.
• Supporting assessment and tracking systems, including inputting and monitoring student data.
• Assisting with admissions, timetabling, and exam-related data management.
• Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations, including GDPR.
• Providing training and guidance to staff on data systems and procedures.
