Job summary

Neath Port Talbot Council is seeking a School Crossing Patrol for YGG Castell-nedd in Neath, with a two-hour daily shift split between morning and afternoon during term time. The post is fixed-term until 31 March 2027 and based at Woodland Road, Neath.

You will gather pedestrians, stop traffic when necessary, and supervise crossings, reporting any matters arising. No formal qualifications are required as full training is provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with road safety issues.
• Previous experience working with members of the public - both children and adults.
• No formal qualifications required; full training will be provided.
