Job summary

PK Education is seeking experienced Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Central Bedfordshire and surrounding areas. You will deliver pre-set work, manage behaviour, and keep students engaged when teachers are absent.

Ideal candidates have a degree or equivalent, at least 6 months UK classroom experience, strong relationships with staff and students, and a calm, professional approach. Flexible supply roles offer variety and ongoing opportunities.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play an important role in ensuring continuity of learning when teachers are absent. You will be responsible for delivering pre-set work, managing classroom behaviour, maintaining a positive learning environment, and ensuring students remain focused and engaged throughout each lesson.
