Cedars Upper & Linslade School in Leighton Buzzard is seeking an exceptional Cover Manager to support pupil learning in the absence of a class teacher. You will coordinate cover arrangements and lead a team of cover supervisors to ensure consistent teaching and high-quality learning experiences.

This permanent role offers a 37-hour week (term-time plus 5 training days) with the NJC pay scale: L5 points 15-20, £27,541–£29,901 per year, and a start date as soon as possible.

• Organise cover for absent teachers to maintain learning
• Manage a team of cover supervisors and ensure smooth classroom delivery
