Job summary

Education Development Trust is seeking a Level 6 CIAG Careers Adviser to provide high-quality Careers Information, Advice & Guidance to students across Harrow. The role covers schools, colleges, and possibly community settings, on a one-day-per-week, term-time basis.

The ideal candidate will hold a Level 6 CIAG Diploma, have experience with young people in educational settings, and possess strong communication and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Level 6 CIAG qualification essential.
• Experience working with young people in schools/colleges.

Job description

Education Development Trust is seeking a dedicated Level 6 Qualified Careers Adviser to deliver high-quality CIAG to students in school, college and potentially community settings across all Harrow 1 day a week (term time only)

Requirements:

• Level 6 Diploma in Careers Information, Advice & Guidance
• Experience working with young people/school/college
• Strong knowledge of education, employment, and training pathways
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

Salary & Benefits

Starting Salary: £31,958.00 per annum FTE including London weighting allowance (this salary is based on working 37 hours per week and being level 6 CIAG qualified)
