Job summary

Education Development Trust in Harrow is seeking a dedicated Careers Adviser to deliver high-quality CIAG to students in school, college and potentially community settings. The role is part-time, one day per week during term time, with a starting salary of £31,958 per annum FTE including London weighting.

You should hold a Level 6 CIAG qualification and have experience with young people, plus strong knowledge of education, employment, and training pathways.

Qualifications

• Level 6 Diploma in CIAG is required.
• Experience working with young people in school/college is expected.
• Strong knowledge of education, employment, and training pathways.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential.

Requirements:

• Level 6 Diploma in Careers Information, Advice & Guidance
• Experience working with young people/school/college
• Strong knowledge of education, employment, and training pathways
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

Salary & Benefits

Starting Salary: £31,958.00 per annum FTE including London weighting allowance (this salary is based on working 37 hours per week and being level 6 CIAG qualified)
