School Club Activity Leader

Location: SP11 9HR

Before School Hours: 7:15-8:40

Salary: Up to £13 per hour (dependent on age, experience, and qualifications)

We are recruiting for a leading provider of out-of-school hours childcare for primary school children in the UK. This company continues to grow in size, quality, and scope each year and is looking for someone enthusiastic and passionate about children’s play and activities, who can inspire the next generation of children!

As a Play Worker, you don't necessarily need specific experience, but the ideal candidate will have:

• A Passion for Working with Children: Providing inclusive, fun, and engaging activities that inspire children to explore their interests.
• Enthusiasm and Organisation Skills: Assisting with planning and delivering structured activities, including multi-sports, indoor and outdoor games, arts & crafts, downtime, and structured play.
• Responsibility and Reliability: Ensuring the safety and enjoyment of children, following policies and procedures, completing accident and incident reports, and conducting health & safety checks.
• Communication and Engagement: Maintaining professional communication with team members, parents, children, and schools, representing the organisation positively.
