Activities Leader – Leading Children’s Play and Sport Provision Company

Locations: Goring RG8 0BG

Working Hours:

  • Before school hours: 7:15am-9:00am
  • After school hours: 2:45pm-6:00pm

Salary: £7.50-£11.44 per hour depending on age and experience

We are recruiting for a leading provider of out-of-school hours childcare for primary school children in the UK. This company is growing annually and seeks enthusiastic individuals passionate about children’s play and activity, capable of inspiring children!

Ideal Candidate: No specific experience required, but the following qualities are preferred:

  • Passion for Working with Children: Provide inclusive, fun, and engaging activities that inspire children to explore their interests.
  • Enthusiasm and Organisation Skills: Assist in planning and delivering structured activities, including multi-sports, indoor and outdoor games, arts & crafts, downtime, and structured play.
  • Responsibility and Reliability: Ensure children’s safety and enjoyment, follow policies, complete accident reports, and perform safety checks.
  • Communication and Engagement: Maintain professional communication with team members, parents, children, and schools. Represent the organization positively.
