After School Club Activity Leader

Location: SP11 8NT

Working hours: 3:15-6pm, Monday to Friday during term-time

Salary: Up to £13 per hour (dependent on age, experience, and qualifications)

We are recruiting for a leading provider of out-of-school-hours childcare for primary school children in the UK. This company is growing in size, quality, and scope every year, and is looking for someone enthusiastic and passionate about children’s play and activities, who can inspire the next generation!

As a Play Worker, no specific experience is required, but ideally, you will have:

  • A Passion for Working with Children: Provide inclusive, fun, and engaging activities for children, inspiring them to explore their interests.
  • Enthusiasm and Organisation Skills: Assist with planning and delivering a variety of activities, including multi-sports, indoor and outdoor games, arts & crafts, downtime, and structured play.
  • Responsibility and Reliability: Ensure the safety and enjoyment of children, follow policies and procedures, complete accident and incident reports, and conduct safety checks.
  • Communication and Engagement: Maintain professional communication with team members, parents, children, and schools. Represent the organisation positively.
