Job summary

Finedon Mulso C of E Junior School is seeking a cleaner to join the maintenance team on a permanent contract. You will be responsible for the day-to-day cleaning of an area of the school and must help maintain health, safety and hygiene standards for students, staff and visitors.

The successful candidate should have good organisational and time management skills, be a team player, and able to work on own initiative. Previous cleaning experience is desirable but training can be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning is desirable but training can be provided.
• You will be responsible for day-to-day cleaning across areas of the school.
• You must maintain health, safety and hygiene standards for students, staff and visitors.

We are seeking to appoint a cleaner to join our maintenance team in Finedon Mulso C of E Junior School on a permanent contract.

As a cleaner you will be responsible for the day-to-day cleaning of an area of the school and ensuring it meets health, safety and hygiene standards for students, staff, and visitors.

The successful candidates will,

• have responsibility for the for the day-to-day cleaning throughout the school ensuring high standards are maintained.
• have good organisational and time management skills.
• be a team player.
• be able to meet the physical demands of the role.
• have good communication skills.

You should be able to work using your own initiative but also as part of a team. Previous cleaning experience is desirable, but not essential as training can be provided. Please see the job description for further details.

Hours of Work: 11 hours, Monday - Friday. Working pattern to be discussed. Please note that holidays cannot be taken in term time,
