Job summary

Woolmer Hill School is seeking a part-time cleaner to manage daily cleaning tasks across the site and uphold health and hygiene standards for students, staff and visitors.

You will work 11 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, with hours to be discussed. Training will be provided where needed, and the role requires a reliable team player who can also work independently.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning is desirable but not essential as training can be provided.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and on own initiative.
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the role.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day cleaning across the school to maintain high standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards for students, staff and visitors.

You should be able to work using your own initiative but also as part of a team. Previous cleaning experience is desirable, but not essential as training can be provided. Please see the job description for further details.
Hours of Work: 11 hours, Monday - Friday. Working pattern to be discussed. Please note that holidays cannot be taken in term time, but an allowance for holiday entitlement is paid accordingly.
