Chartwells in the UK is seeking a chef to join on a permanent casual basis contracted to 0 hours per week, with 42.6 weeks per year. You will prepare high-quality food and help drive menu changes for client and customer satisfaction across education sites.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent.
• Food Hygiene certificate.
• Experience supervising a kitchen team.
• Experience in a similar Chef role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious, high-quality food for clients and customers.
• Oversee and implement menu changes.
• Identify opportunities to improve our food services.
• Listening to customer feedback to consistently improve our food services.
• Support with the creation of new menus and creative food concepts.
• Represent Chartwells and maintain a positive brand image.
• Monitor inventories to keep our kitchens well-stocked.
• Oversee kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards.
• Comply with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations.
