As a chef, you will mentor a kitchen team, uphold strict health and safety standards, and engage with school communities to provide enjoyable dining experiences for pupils and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a catering environment with fresh ingredients.
• Excellent knowledge of Health and Safety practices.
• Certification in Food Hygiene levels 2 & 3; further training available.

Responsibilities

• Menu excellence: prepare menus with craft and fresh ingredients.
• Team leadership: supervise and motivate kitchen staff for smooth service.
• Safety champion: ensure compliance with Food Hygiene and Health & Safety regulations.
• Excellent hospitality: handle school client and event catering tasks.
