• Prepare, cook and present food to Caterlink and client standards.
• Ensure Health and Safety, Food Safety and environmental compliance.
• Protect Caterlink's reputation for quality and service with client and customers.
• Oversee day-to-day location operations; manage inventories and budgets.
• Be the main client contact in the school; drive improvements and adjustments.
• Monitor KPIs and financial targets; support and train teams.
